Hello Humans of the internet! I think I’ve mentioned before how much I love anything mystery. If I haven’t, I’m saying it now: I love anything mystery. Ever since I was little and was obsessed with lucky egg machines. Lucky for me, mystery box stuff is really popular right now, so I have tons of mystery options. Continue reading “Mystery Monday: Legend of Zelda Edition”
Hello Humans of the internet! It’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. It’s a day where in the US we celebrate diversity by taking the day off work and having parades and public speaking contests in schools. Except me. We still had work. And it was a long day. One of those days when you find yourself questioning if having a steady income is really worth what you are putting up with. One of those days when you are 100% sure that you are not suited to your job at all. So, I came home, put on make-up and opened a mystery box toy and now I’m writing a blog post. Continue reading “Mystery Monday: Bad Day”
Hello Humans of the internet! Happy Early Thanksgiving (unless you are from any country other than the U.S. then, Happy Pre-Christmas). I thought since I’m about to be spending time with my family, now would be a great time to have a nostalgic post about my childhood. But, I was a pretty weird kid, so instead I’m going to write about how I used to think my parents named me after Anakin Skywalker. Continue reading “Things That I Believed For Way Too Long #3”
Hello Humans of the internet. Thank you for joining me during Halloweek! I hope that y’all enjoyed it! And I hope that everyone had a great time on Halloween whether you were trick or treating, handing out candy, or just hanging out and watching horror movies. (Or doing something completely different because you don’t like Halloween as much as me). Because it is now November, it is time to pick out my 2018 planner (I can’t believe that it’s almost 2018) Continue reading “Planners”
Hello Humans of the internet! Happy Monday! I hope that everyone’s weekend was safe and fun and that you are all ready to start the week. I had a great weekend (and I didn’t buy anymore Halloween stuffs. You should all be proud of my self restraint because I saw glitter hair spray.) I have a couple of things that I want to talk about today.
Hello Humans of the internet! I hope your weekends went really well. I hope you got out there and did stuff and made new friends and just had a great time. I watched YouTube all weekend, but I hope you did stuff with your life between work weeks. This post has nothing to do with dyslexia. At all. Do you ever get in weird moods and want to shave your head or dye it hot pink? I think I’ve brought this up before because I do feel like that sometimes. Sometimes I just look in the mirror and hate my hair. Continue reading “It’s an I-hate-my-hair kind of day”
Hello Humans of the Internet! First of all, a giant thank you to Niall O’Donnell over at English-Language Thoughts for nominating me. If you aren’t already following his blog, you should go check it out. I love reading his posts about words and their meanings. He’s a fantastic writer. (Yes, its been a while since he nominated me, I’m really bad at over thinking questions like this). This award was created by Okoto Enigma you should also go check her site out, spread the love.
Hello humans of the internet! It’s Wednesday. I hope that you have been having good weeks so far. While I enjoyed having Labor Day off on Monday, I feel like I had to do double the work on Tuesday. Part of me wishing that I hadn’t had the day off but the rest of me recognizes that breaks like that are good for the mental well-being. At this point in the year, almost everyone who is still in school is back in school. This post is not really for you, it is for the people who love you and miss you and want you to have a great college experience. (You should send this to one of those people)
Hello Humans of the internet! It’s Monday, yet again. Isn’t it funny how time just keeps moving forward and we feel the need to mark it’s passing? I have a day off from work today for Labor Day. What am I doing with my time off? you ask. Well, I’m getting caught up on here and trying to pre-write and schedule some posts because it’s hard to have a full time job and blog. Not that I have anything to complain about. I love blogging and I love my job; I wouldn’t give up either. On with the post. Continue reading “Things that I believed for way too long #2”
Hello, Human’s of the internet! This has been a really long week and it’s only Monday. Ahhh! Don’t get me wrong I love working with children, but sometimes they sap the energy out of you. I planned on writing a second “We’re all just people on a Big Blue Planet” interview over the weekend to pay today, but, I’m still working on getting it together. It should be up next week or later on this week. For now I’m going to talk about my favorite color. First of all, you’re right, this is random and has nothing to do with dyslexia.
